Designed for medium to large outputs requiring volume and consistent cooking results with minimal labour, with a small 991mm depth footprint. Oven is easy to clean as a result of its removable lift off door which allows removal of the conveyor and air distribution fingers from the front, ideal for tight spaces. The digital control panel
